At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be effortless even when it doesn't fit quite right. If your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
